With tubes made of steel, the static weight capacity of the cart can reach up to 315lbs. And the hanging board is made of solid wood. What’s more, its ergonomic handles, swivel front wheels and rear wheels each composed of 2 wheels make moving it around easier job.
STEEL CONSTRUCTION: With tubes made of steel, the boat motor cart, weighing about 32lbs, can hold up to 315lbs. And the hanging board is made of solid wood, more sturdier for holding the outboard motor.
WHEELS FOR MOBILITY: The boat motor cart is designed with 2 universal front caster wheels and 2 rear wheels composed of 2 single wheels. And with wheels, moving it around will be easier.
MULTI-PURPOSE: The boat motor cart is ideal for the storing, maintaining and transporting the outboard engine in the garage. It can help you hold the outboard engine for repair or maintenance.
ASSEMBLY REQUIRED: Assembly is needed. And the overall dimension of the cart is about 26'' W x 43''D x 46''H. TIP: It would be better if you do not fully tighten the screws until all the parts are lined up properly.

The deciding factor for me taking a chance on this carrier, was the double wheeled back axle and the polymer choice of the front wheels.
They did not disappoint. It is easy to roll around on my garage floor. However, that’s where satisfaction came to a discouraging end. I have a 187lb 15hp outboard on it and the mounting board is so thin, that the adjustable clamps bottom out over a 1/4” before making contact on both sides of it. Then there’s the obvious “flex” at the side rails where it intersects with the cross member bottom support of the board.
I’m struggling to have confidence it can safely handle the rated weight. The machine work of lining up bolt holes on the sides (they also have the handles), is sub standard and the handles are very narrow AND are at different elevations in relationship to each other. There is no possibility of adjustment built into the unit either. I’ve been an industrial mechanic for 30+ years, and to say I’m able to recognize problems in equipment, goes uncontested. This will do for me since this will be the largest motor it sees. Always “LEARY” of any Chinese made materials. So sad.
I bought this for our outboard motor Mercury 15 weighing almost 110 lbs.My husband assemble it, however the instruction paper is so small, hope they will make it bigger and clear.Few washer are missing that he needs to buy it. I dont know if its included. The product works well as you could see it in the picture.
The TUFFIOM Outboard Boat Motor Stand was easy to assemble and is large enough to accommodate my Tohatsu 6hp extra long (25") shaft outboard AND my 2hp Honda 20" shaft outboard side by side, although they just fit side by side. I actually bought it intending to just store the Tohatsu, but was pleased to find that both fit. It is lightweight yet sturdy. A good bargain for the price.
