Very solid, heavy-duty metal and compact in size. I've used it a couple of times now, and it performs exactly as intended.
I was a bit skeptical about this jack given the unpredictability of online shopping these days. However, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with its performance and durability. I’m using it to work on my Yamaha MT-09. The adjustable “saddles” fit perfectly across the frame and can be individually adjusted for height, ensuring the bike stays level even on uneven garage floors or work tables. For added safety, I always secure the bike to my work table. This jack has proven to be an essential tool for working on motorcycles with lower frame rails and no center stand!
It works well
I primarily use this lift to raise the front wheel off the ground while my 2020 T100 Bonneville is on its center stand. With just a few turns, I can find that sweet spot where both wheels are off the ground, which is perfect for spinning the wheels for inspection, inflation, and cleaning. I always use the two "perches" that come with it, as trying to use the flat deck alone would put too much stress on the bike's bottom components, which sit lower than the frame. With the perches, it only lifts the motorcycle frame, making it much safer. I’m only looking for about an inch of lift to allow the front wheel to spin freely. The center stand is always engaged for extra support, though I suppose you could lift the entire bike with caution if needed. Overall, this lift feels incredibly sturdy and solid. Kudos to the manufacturers for creating something that fills a niche no one else seems to address!
